Using modern 3D CAD tools, Cool Polymer's experienced mold designers, tool makers and machinists can custom-build state of the art high volume production injection molds. Driven by the customer's 3D model and using 3D CAD tools allows the reduction in the design and production time of the injection molding tooling.

Cool Polymers has a complete and modern tooling shop to produce prototype and high volume production injection mold tooling. The tool room is staffed with experienced toolmakers and machinists. Equipment includes multiple CNC workstations, wire and EDM's, lathes, and ancillary equipment.

Molding Support

Cool Polymers also offers the full support of its resources to customers developing prototypes on-site or at other facilities. From mold designs to mold trials, Cool Polymers will support customers and their efforts to ensure success of CoolPoly in their application.

Production Molding

With State of the art automated manufacturing cells, Cool Polymers can offer customers production high volume injection molding services. With 6 presses ranging from 30-300 tons, Cool Polymer's production molding capability is flexible and can accommodate a variety of parts. Each cell is fully automated and is capable of insert molding, in line part inspection, and packaging.

Rapid Prototyping

Cool Polymers can provide you with a one stop prototype development center. Prototypes can be turned around in as little as 2-6 weeks.
